Ref Property Pro provides a cloud-based software solution for booking, calendar, and property management for hotels, vacation rentals, and hospitality professionals worldwide.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, the user agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If the user does not agree, they must not use the Service.

4. Eligibility

The Service is intended for business and professional users only (B2B). By using the Service, the user confirms they act in a professional capacity.

5. Account Registration

Users must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. Login credentials are confidential and the user is responsible for all activity under their account.

6. Subscriptions & Fees

• Access to the Service is provided via paid subscription or free trial (if available)

• Prices are displayed excluding applicable taxes unless stated otherwise

• Subscriptions may be billed monthly or annually

• Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.

7. Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, it is limited in duration and scope. REF PRO PROPERTY SL. reserves the right to modify or discontinue the trial at any time.

8. User Obligations

Users agree to:

9. Availability & Maintenance

REF PRO PROPERTY SL. aims to provide reliable access but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, or force majeure.

10. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the Service, including software, trademarks, content, and documentation, remain the exclusive property of REF PRO PROPERTY SL. No ownership rights are transferred to the user.

11. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and GDPR.
The user acts as data controller for guest and customer data entered into the platform, while REF PRO PROPERTY SL. acts as data processor.

12. Limitation of Liability

REF PRO PROPERTY SL. shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages

• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities

• Issues caused by third-party services or integrations

Total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the user during the last twelve (12) months.

13. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription according to the selected plan.
REF PRO PROPERTY SL. may terminate or suspend access immediately in case of serious breach of these Terms.

14. Modifications

REF PRO PROPERTY SL. reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Málaga, Spain.
